During each phase you will be guided through a structured program that will take you through an assessment, building foundations, overcoming obstacles, and active recovery.

How often do Mental Workouts occur?

Our live workouts happen every Thursday at 4:30 PST unless otherwise stated. You’ll be notified of any holidays or off weeks.

How long is each workout?

60 – 75 minutes.

How do I access the live workouts?

Members have access to each Zoom link and password on the workout page when logged in. Each week, we’ll also send you a Zoom link and password to access the session.

What if I can’t make a workout?

You’ll receive a recording of each week’s workout the following day. Plus, your membership includes access to our complete workout archive.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged $29 every month after date of purchase

What if I want to cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time after 90 days. To cancel, contact us at info@greatdaysquad.com
